Despite being un-sponsored, Adam LZ is a very talented and well known rider, and you can probably tell by his 6,000 followers on Twitter, 40,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, 23,000 followers on Instagram, 180,000 likes on Facebook and his popular web store LZ BMX. Adam is definitely one of my favorite BMX riders for many reasons, he talks about how you don’t need to be sponsored to ride your bike every day, or how the most important thing is to have fun on your bike no matter your skill level.
As you can tell Adam is a great person and bike rider, but what makes him a great role model for young riders is his opinion on drugs and alcohol in Bmx. He states that he does not promote drug or alcohol use in Bmx because he believes it creates a bad image for the sport and he wants Bmx to live forever.
Something Adam does that not many riders do, is webisodes. Adam has so far put out 15 webisodes that displays the life of him and his friends having fun riding their bikes in all sorts of different places, along with showing how they go about daily life. I think these videos that Adam does are great because it shows his fans who he really his, a nice guy who has fun on his bike, not just an unknown person riding in an edit.
Now that you know more about Adam LZ, I think it’s time you see some of his riding! On April 28th he uploaded a new edit labelled “Florida Sessions” that I think everybody should watch!
