Take a quick second and check out the latest music video called “Murda” released by Hi-Rez.
The Penalty/Sony recording artist recently came out with his EP on May 13 which can be found on Itunes. Hi-Rez is one of the realest rappers out there and which is why we chose him to be apart of our CMFA team. Stay tuned for Hi-Rez to be rocking a couple of our street wear t-shirts! If you see Hi-Rez wearing our tee’s, you know they are dope!

I had the opportunity to attend a Kid Ink concert at The Plaza theater in Orlando, Florida with a couple of my CMFA Clothing buddies on the 22nd. Oh and I’m sorry about being a little late writing this post about the concert. Things have been crazy in the office lately!
For those of you who aren’t quite familiar with Kid Ink, he is a 28 year old hip hop artist who resides in Los Angeles, CA. Kid Ink is currently signed to RCA Records and currently has two albums out, one called My Own Lane and Up & Away. His rap flow isn’t just an ordinary trap house type. He has a smooth rhythm and spits true meaning the entire time. Kid was also dressed up in his casual street wear clothing as usual.
I forgot to mention, on the way to the concert we had our rear right tire blow out on the interstate 10 minutes out from the theater. After sitting on the side for almost 2 hours we thought for sure we had missed it but thankfully his opening act, “King Los” took his time! We ended up getting there as Los was wrapping up.
Anyways, Kid Ink put on a great overall show. Most artists that I have seen in concert have stayed for two or three songs and they’re out. But Kid Ink is all about his fans and it was overall a good performance. The video below is one of the most popular songs he came out with, called “Show Me” featuring Chris Brown. Next time I will plan ahead of time and order VIP meet and greet tickets so I have a chance to personally hand Kid Ink some of our street wear clothing and apparel.
Its been a pretty busy week thus far but some how I found some spare time to come up with a few designs for the store. Now these aren’t 100% finalized just yet but they are pretty damn close to being published.
- The first design is the Ink & Soul Tee. The picture of the tatted up chick is not only sexy but its eye catcher that will for sure turn heads. Its a nice design for those who have a fetish for fine tatted chicks. The shirt will be printed on a lightweight white tee that has a very comfy fit.
- This next design will be printed on a lightweight heather grey tank top and tee’s. I came up with the flag design that represents freedom of course. The “Drive Fast, Live Young” symbolizes living your life young without any regrets. Drive fast, do what you love and be FREE!
Alright so you decided that you would like some new parts for your BMX bike or skateboard, but the question remains, should you buy online, or order from an online shop?
Where you choose to buy is, in the end, mostly personal preference, but there is still some things you should take into thought.
Buying local provides many advantages, and disadvantages, just like buying online. Purchasing local lets you come in and examine the exact product you are looking at, also you can get a full and quick explanation on it from an employee. Buying online only has the few photos to view on the product, and only offers whatever description is included on the products page, and if you want an even further explanation you would have to e-mail the site and probably receive the reply a few days later.
Buying from a local store allows you to receive the item right away, but if they are out of stock then you will most likely have to wait for a week or two. If you buy online you will not have the product for however long it takes to ship, which takes anywhere from a day to even maybe weeks, but online stores are rarely out of stock, and when they are, they tend to re-stock faster than local stores.
If you are buying local, then you must travel to the part to buy it, where if you buy online, you are waiting for the part to come to you.
The final point I have to make is the return policy for local vs online. If you buy yourself a new part, but you receive it and don’t like it, returning it for a refund could either be really easy or really hard. If you bought something local then you will most likely be able to go back to the store with part, return the part back to them, and leave with the money you originally spent! Returning parts online however might not be so easy, you will most likely have to e-mail the site asking for a refund, and if they are willing to offer a refund then you must mail the part back, and eventually receive your money again.
As you can see there are many pros, and cons to buying online and local, but in the end, the decision is up to you!
Goals are a common thing. You set an agenda and go down the list till you achieve what you hope for. Although, life always seems to have different plans for you and your goals. We at C.M.F.A got a list of goals that we would like to achieve or at least attempt to achieve. There’s nothing wrong with coming up short, goals are just something to aim for. Sometimes you supersede your goals and others you fall short, it’s a part of life. Everyone makes mistakes, nobody is perfect… perfection is an imperfection in itself.
As most of you probably know, if you don’t know we’ll explain don’t worry! C.M.F.A is a clothing company fixated on the positive aspects in life. As far as our association with music, art, bmx, and skating goes. We would like to be more involved in those communities. Mainly because we feel that music, art, bmx, or skating represent what we are about. Chasing dreams, doing the impossible, living life at a moments notice, and cherishing memories. That doesn’t mean that we don’t want to be involved with other communities we’re just warming up. We don’t necessarily know how people feel about us or what people think because we don’t get much feedback. We’re hoping to achieve a more friendlier persona to who we are. We’re not your big corporate company who is looking for maximum profits and attempting to get all the money we can from you. We’re your local business wishing you Good morning or Good Afternoon, hoping you have a wonderful day and wanting to know more about you. Let’s face it…. there’s only so much inspiration we can give. We do our best to reach out to the community, give you great customer service, help around the community, and inspire. The only way we can reach out to you is if you let us greet you with a warm welcome!
