You probably heard the news that Ryan Taylor was dropped from the Hyper team. He was added last summer and everything seemed to be going fine with them. He had a prototype frame in the works and he was doing a lot of trips for Hyper. He even dropped this amazing edit for them.
His good friend Harry Main was even added to Hyper shortly after he was. Then it all crumbled.
2 weeks ago a video was posted on Instagram showing Ryan Taylor fighting AJ Anaya.
Shortly after this was posted Ryan informed everybody that he was leaving the company. He says he left because the company was too corporate and he didn’t feel comfortable. Hyper did not say why they let him go, but we can assume it was because of the fight. Ryan has also posted on twitter that he was going to be starting a frame company. He has not given us anymore information on this.
Do you feel it was fair for Ryan to be “fired” for a fight that he did not want to be apart of? What do you think of him starting his own company? Do you think we have to many Rider-Owned companies already? Let us know what you think in the comments!
